Federation for European Education in Gemmology
In 1995 a number of European gemmological institutes founded the Federation for European Education in Gemmology.
The first objective was to agree on a European certification and to guarantee the quality of the member institutes.
Every year the graduates of these institutes can participate, in their own language, in a test on their theoretical and working gemmological knowledge to achieve this European certification.
Further activities are planned: promoting courses for jewelers, standardizing of the courses, public relations, ... |
